Rent conditions<\/h4>

This website is available free of charge for your personal use, according to the conditions defined below. Your use of this page implies your full and complete acceptance of all Terms of Use.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

You may only use the website to make reservations or purchases for legitimate purposes. This page is intended for the reservation of stays and activities. No use or diversion of purpose is permitted for purposes contrary to public order and good customs.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Arrival: Check-in time: 17h00 - End of check-in time: 19h00 - Minimum check-in age: 18 years. Special entry instructions: The keys are delivered to our agency located at Carrer de la Aig\u00fceta, 22 - 1st floor - Dtx. 2 - from Andorra la Vella. Our office hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., every day of the week except Sunday (9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.).<\/span><\/p>\r\n

It is mandatory to inform of the approximate time of your arrival 24 hours in advance by What\u2019s App (+376 329,610) or by mail. We will tell you how to collect the keys to your apartment. On the day of arrival, you can occupy the apartment from 17:00. If we arrived before this time and the apartment was ready, we would have no problem handing over the keys. Check with us. We will ask for a deposit of \u20ac 250 to ensure the proper use and care of the apartment, furniture and utensils. This deposit will be returned on departure once the correct condition of the apartment has been checked. You must present a document (ID or passport) of every one of the people who will occupy the apartment.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Cleaning your apartment: We give you the apartment clean and checked by our housekeeper. If upon entering the apartment you find something that is incorrect or clean, please report it to our Wats App so we can correct it. Once in your apartment, the cleaning is done on their own, they have a welcome pack with detergent and cleaning utensils. Please keep and keep the apartment in good condition and deposit the rubbish in the bins. On the day of his departure we will go in to review him. In case of repeated complaints about excessive noise or annoying behaviour, we reserve the right to evict you from your apartment and \/ or notify the police, without refund of the payment made or the deposit.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Payment: To pay for the reservation you will be sent a link so you can pay with your credit card. Generally, payment of the invoice will be made in 2 instalments. 30% on booking and 70% of the rest 15 days before arrival. At the rates defined as \"non-refundable\", advance payment of the full rent will be made, an amount that will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.
